Skippe: 9300/- to 34800/- Grade pay 4600/- Per Month
Medical Officers: 15600/- 39100/- Grade pay 5400/- Per Month
Age Limit: 30 years as on 1st January 2017 relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PH
Educational Qualification:
Skippe: Candidates who wanted to participate for UPSC Skipper job should have Certificate of competency as second hand of fishing vessel issued by the Mercantile Marine Department of Government of India with three years sea experience on board mechanized vessel.
Medical Officers: Aspirants who decided to join UPSC Medical Officers posts should have A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

SC/ST/PH/Women: No Fee
Others: Rs.25/-
Candidates pay the payment online net banking or SBI challan.
Selection Process: UPSC admit card 2017 will be issued to conduct the Recruitment Test for Skipper, Medical Officers vacancies, and after exams candidates will be invited for personal Interview and last step will be documents verification.
